Memo for visitors:
1.How to get to the exhibition?
Venue: Moscow, International Exhibition Centre "Crocus Expo”, Pavilion 2, 9 room (2 floor).
If you plan to use your own transport: 65-66 km Moscow Ring Road (MKAD), outer side (the intersection with Volokolamsk highway)
For those who are using public transport the easiest way to get to the exhibition will be to go by metro till Myakinino station("dark blue" branch, north-west), which is located directly in the Crocus Expo territory.
The exit from the subway is located between the 1 and 2 pavilions. Thus, when you exit the underground you will need to go straight and turn left, leaving the first pavilion behind.
2. Registration and admittance to the exhibition
Admission to the exhibition for visitors is free, subject to mandatory registration.
Upon entering the pavilion, you will need to register. There are several options of registration.
If you have already registered online, go to the stand "Visitors" and tell them your name, indicating that you have already registered. After confirming your registration, you will get a visitor's badge, which gives you admission to the exhibition hall.
If you are not registered, you will need to fill out a brief registration form and receive a visitor’s badge.
If you already have an account in advance in order to participate in the business program (ie, have the status of "Participant"), you will need to go to the registration desk with a sign "MEMBERS" and say your name. After confirming your registration you will receive a set of delegates of the business program and a name badge, which will give you the right to visit not only the pavilion of the exhibition, but the entire business program of Moscow Halal Expo 2011.
If you are not registered but you would like to take part in the exhibition business program, you will need to inform the responsible person at the registration counters.
All guests and visitors will be offered a questionnaire to ensure that everyone can leave their opinion on the best companies-exhibitors as well as assess the level of the exhibition organization and leave your suggestions. According to the voting results the winner will be revealed on the third day of the exhibition, May, 28,with the formal ceremony
3. Which day is it better to visit the exhibition?
The acquaintance with the business and cultural program of the exhibition will help you answer this question.
4. What will I get from visiting the exhibition?
- You can learn a lot about the market development of production and trade in halal industry;
- You will get acquainted with the companies brands engaged in the production of halal products in Russia and its regions, as well as learn about the companies planning to implement projects related to Islamic finance and investment;

- You will be able to learn more and try some dishes in the menu of Moscow halal restaurants;

- You will see the products of national crafts of Muslims in Russia and other countries;
- You will get acquainted with new collections in Muslim fashion.
You can also taste Halal products, learn about new educational programs in Russia and abroad, including programs on Islamic finance, get answers to questions about interest-free education credit, buy new books from Islamic publishing houses, find the answers to your questions about halal and halal products, establish new and useful business contacts, get answers to questions about Islam, enjoy the cultural program.
5. Time of Exhibition holding
The exhibition will be held on May 26, from 11 am till 7:00 pm, on May, 27 and 28 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
6. Is it possible to visit the exhibition with children?
Like last year, the children's room, , where the children will be observed by the experienced nurse, will be organized in the exhibition area.
7. Dress code
We ask you to adhere to a strict and modest dress code.
8. What is the cultural program of exhibitions?
The cultural program of the exhibition includes:
- new collections of Islamic clothing fashion show (Indoor)
- nasheed performance
9. Food
There will be restaurants as Lebanon House, Cafe Saltenas which will be at your service, as well as coffee and tea sets for the participants of the business program, offering gourmet teas and coffees.
10. A place for prayer
The place for prayer is located in 9th hall behind the exposition. For more information see floor plans in front of the room. On Friday Jumah prayers will be performed in the exhibition hall.
