United Kingdom - one of the first countries which introduced legislative amendments to create the conditions for the formation of the Islamic financial infrastructure, including banks, acting on the principles of equity, bonds, based on ownership shares of the asset, etc. The approach of the British government - "no obstacle and no privileges "- gave positive results, but also revealed some weaknesses of such a principle that allows us to make valuable conclusions for regulators and business that plan to develop the sphere of Islamic finance.
